All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • South Africa: 7-15 business days
  • Remote or outlying areas: 10-20 business days
